A person named Leo Dresey, who lives in America and is TV director Alb, has published a video in the Instagram where a person shoots guns at the back of Lirak Celaj, the chairman of the PDK branch in Pristina.
Celaj, former deputy justice minister, claims he will be the candidate of the Democratic Party of Kosovo (PDK) in Pristina, for local elections expected to be held on October 22nd.
He is chief of the PDK Parliamentary Group in Pristina's Municipal Assembly. /Insider. com
