About nine months after Anjaza Shabani's conviction for “minor treatment”, in its privately managed garden, the Tirana Court condemns another tutor of that institution.
Former garden educator “Diren”, Elona Turdiu, was found guilty of the same charge, consumed at the expense of three minor children. According to the ruling, announced on July 18, 2017, the defendant was sentenced to 6 months in prison.
The defendant Turdiu has been deemed largely secure, in a free condition. Criminal proceedings against it began after publishing in the “program Stop” of film footage denouncing violence against minors in the private garden in question.
Through her defense attorney, the defendant took a faithless stand on the charge and demanded innocence.
HISTORY
Reference to the court's decision, the defendant Turdiu has exercised the tutor's profession in the private garden until March 2016.
According to the Court, in September 2015, a child with initial R was registered in this garden. A. and the defendant was his tutor. About the month of January 2016, his parents have ascertained on one occasion that their son had signs of body violence, back, and thighs.

The injuries could have been caused by stings, slaps, or handcuffs. After that, they have gone to the private garden, where they have contacted the administrator, as well as the defendant Turdiu, who have asked them about signs of violence filed in the body of their minor child.
They have denied the fact that the abuse of violence against the minor child, claiming the marks on his body could be killed when he played with toys.
