Reforms in justice bodies have not begun yet, the only step is the initiative for the dismissal of Attorney General Marko Zvrlevski. On the one hand, it shows that it is working in the direction of the return of the rule of law, while on the other hand, we have a pessimism of citizens that justice reforms so warned by the parliamentary majority have not even started, declared by the Bisa Movement through Telegrafi Macedonia.
The Besa movement points out that only its dismissal will not solve the problems of the public prosecution, which are much older than the period of the rule of Zvrlevski. Above all, the chief prosecutor needs to answer more about what he did, and he would have to do it according to his competencies and responsibilities. The assessments of local and international institutions, analyses and studies that have been conducted highlight the findings that the prosecutor and prosecution are under policy influence, as are many other state institutions.
Apart from doubts about the prosecutor's overall work, there are also doubts about his actions, especially the cases involving Albanians. Public opinion openly speaks of put together judicial processes, the victims of which are mostly Albanians. These mounted political cases have not started with Marko Zvrlevski. Albanians have been constantly persecuted, and court processes have been set up for political purposes, and not only!
We insist that as soon as such cases as Sopoti and Montra become white, as well as many other cases and true culprits be brought to justice despite their ethnic affiliation. It takes a permanent end to the time when Albanians are the caretakers' culprits and the hunt for distorted judicial processes that are guided by the political intentions of those whom this state considers their own. In this case, the neglect and co-operation of the Albanian political factor in the government is unforgivable.
So not by chance today have begun to fade even the confidence in the Special Prosecutor who has begun to function according to selective justice, classifying cases depending on the political interests of the ruling parties”, the Movement announces.
From the Besa Movement, they add that they will be fully committed to whitewashing all the assembled judicial processes, whitewashing corrupt relatives where high political acts conflict, which even now are part of the government. By contrast, the civic reaction will be powerful, and Besa will be at the forefront of organisation to prohibit selective justice, which is at the expense of Albanians, and in the benefit of corrupt politicians. /Telegraphy/
