Baby is born “fit”

A baby in India is born “pregnant” with its twin. The strange case of “phetus inside the fetus” is a congenital abnormality, in which a misformed fetus and parasite grows within the body of a baby.

Just two inches [7 cm] long and weighing 150 grams, but with brains and limbs, the semicreative fetus was formed in the womb of his twin brother in a case that shocked Indian medicine.

After his birth on July 20th at the “Bilal” hospital in Thane, near Mumbai, pediatric surgeons in another hospital operated on July 25th to remove the underdeveloped fetus.

As a mother, so are the child. The mother will have to nurse the baby very quickly with the breast”, gynecologist Neena Nichlani told “Times of India”.

The 19-year-old mother did not know she was pregnant with identical twins, from the same egg (monosigotic), which usually share the placenta, and one fetus receives food from the other fetus.
