Tadic recalled that dialogue implies respect for different opinions, and concluded that Vuciqi himself is the wrong man to seek solutions to the Kosovo issue.
He believes Vuciqi has accepted Kosovo's legal system, and at the same time, according to him is making massive statements about the loss “war, to bring about a situation that everyone will eventually realise Kosovo is an independent state.
Kosovo's “Themes, and the dialogue, is not sustainable in terms of a civil war, and when the humiliation of political opponents is aimed at”, Tadic said.
He said Serbia has much more necessary topics to discuss that for Kosovo, speaking with particular emphasis on tolerance, the state of workers, media, education, technological development, etc.
Serbia's former president said “does not want to become part of the theatre performances, aimed at justifying earlier decisions for Kosovo”.
Tadic stressed that Serbia, after the Brussels agreement, has taken over Kosovo's legal system in the north, and now has no capacity to control everything in Kosovo.
“Lander of the state has no right to show what is lost”, the former Serbian president said, broadcasts news.net.
According to him, the powerful Western states that have recognised Kosovo are looking to Vuciq, Dacic and Nikolic, for Serbia to do so as well.
Responding to the question about the framework in which representatives of Belgrade and Pristina speak, Tadic expressed the opinion that the current Serbian president, due to heavy heritage in the past, had narrow space for negotiations.
“Vucciq, who called for the killing of Muslims, was aiming to have greater co-operation with Western countries, while I have had red lines on certain topics, so I lost the” elections, Tadic added.
