Valentine's Day that ended with murder in Lipjan

Two men appeared before the court for the murder of Urim Dushulovci on Valentine's Day.

It was two o'clock in the morning of February 14, 2015, when a physical clash at a Banula village in Lipjan ended with the murder of Urim Dushulovci and the wound of Agim Selmani.

Charged over this murder, Bajram Bedrolli's Besnik appeared before the Constitutional Court in Pristina, but in the absence of Judge Nora Blace, who has been appointed to the Court of Appeals, the trial was postponed for another date.

The chairman of the court, Vehbi Kashtnjeva, announced the accused and their lawyers, as well as the damaged side's lawyer that the legal condition for holding the hearing has not been met due to the absence of Judge Blace.

According to the Pristina Constitutional Prosecutor's Act on February 14, 2015, about 2pm in the village of Banulle in the Lipjan municipality of Urim Dushulovci had come out to celebrate with his friends at a bar.

After a dispute between Bajram Bedrol and Uri Dushulovci at the local door first occurs the fight, and then Uri Dushulovci, but also the injured Erroll Qyqalla of Skender Ademi, are attacked with strong tools and pistols.

Describing the further development of the incident, the indictment alleges that when Urim Dushulovci uses his weapon to avoid the attack, defendant Besnik Bedroli and his gun close by about a meter shoots four times in the direction of Dushullovci, who from his wounds dies at the scene.

Always in accordance with the indictment, seriously injured remains the damaged Agim Selmani as defendants leave the scene.
