According to Thaci, this decision clearly states that election winner in this coalition case PAN, it's a government formation warrant. Asked what his steps will be in case of failing to form institutions by coalition PAN, Thaci has reiterated that the Constitutional decision in 2014 is clear and leaves no room for interpretations, as he said political.
The 2014 Constitutional Court's decision is clear without the possibility of political interpretations, where the winner forms Government”, Thaci said in an interview for public television. The president has also talked about other issues, such as European integration and talks on normalising relations between Kosovo and Serbia. Thaci has expressed confidence that Serbia under European integration will also recognise Kosovo's independence.
“Within the framework of European integrations, Serbia will recognise Kosovo's independence, and that will happen”, Thaci said. He has welcomed, as the internal debate warned by Serbia of Kosovo's departure from its Constitution, until he has said the Serbian state is obliged to carry out other obligations stemming from dialogue between the two countries.
