Russia and China follow American military exercises

Last week, official Canberra said a Chinese intelligence ship was seen near Australia, while the country's joint military exercises with the US were running out.

A class electronic monitoring ship “Dongdiao (Tipi 815)” by “The People's Liberation Army of China” was seen in the waters outside Queensland during the American-austrian exercises “Tatisman Sabre 2017”, reports the Australian Broadcasting Corporation, Periscope broadcast.

Earlier, the North American Space Space Protection Command confirmed that a Chinese intelligence vehicle was seen on the coast of Alaska last week, perhaps to monitor tests of the U.S. Terminal High area protection system (THAAD).

Comment on “RIA Novosti”, Russian military expert Ilya Plekhanov, pointed to “ironically, exercises of “Tallisman Saber 2017”, which included 30,000 American and Australian troops, aimed at signaling other countries bordering the Pacific, that the United States has an army in this part of the world”.

According to Plekhanov, the Chinese information collection ship, which was monitoring communication channels and training between Australians and Americans outside Queensland, shows the once-increasing Chinese sea skills./Periscopi/
