Prosecutor's associates withdraw evidence for Lazarus group

Both protected witnesses have claimed to have testified because of the violence, even revealing the names of their peers.

10 defendants again insisted on a cut trial. The only one who insists on common trial is Elvis Bocia, who claims he wasn't at the scene, because, as he says, at the moment the armed attack on police was organised, he was at the apartment listening to the stress songs.

Elvis Bocia was the reason for the return of the trial, when the file was a few steps away from bringing justice.

The lawyer initially sought to be called to witness the entire village, and then narrowed down the witness circle, while also demanding that the images of a security camera be displayed that distinguish five armed men.

There's evidence that there's another person, that he wasn't there. This is the duty of the prosecution and police to investigate”, attorney Ilir Murati has declared.

At the next session, seven witnesses will be heard, all effective police officers, who were on scene when Ibrahim Basha was killed, as well as others who had compiled the patrol plan in the village of Lazarat.
