The president acted against the Constitution when he declared PAN has numbers

Even political analyst Imer Mushkolaj says the head of state has not had to go out publicly and say he is involved in the establishment of institutions prior to the certificate of elections, because it is only after such a process.

According to him, the head of state has a constitutional obligation to abide by the constitution and the 2014 Constitutional Court's decision to be impartial and disrepute.
