After Sami Lushtaku's release, the decision has welcomed the Democratic Party of Kosovo, stressing that the decision is delayed but fair.
In this case, The PDK has sought the release of other fighters in the Drenica 1 and 2, writes Periscopi.
Kosovo's “Democratic Party estimates late but fair, the decision of the justice institutions for the release of the former KLA commander, simultaneously head of the Sqaheraj municipality, Sami Lushtaku. The PDK seeks the release of freedom fighters in the Drenica 1 and 2 cases as innocent, as has the judicial process. The NLA and the freedom-loving war values of our people are invulnerable”, said the communique.
According to the PDK, the struggle for freedom and any citizen's contribution to the state, to the KLA and abroad is holy and without blame from anyone.
“... The PDK invites all citizens of the country to work hard at preserving and developing our state, respecting the law and describing it firmly in our Euro-Atlantic integration prospects! The Democratic Party of Kosovo congratulates Mr. Lushtaku good return to his own post of Sqaheraj chairman, responsibilities in the PDK and a quiet life with families”, it is said in the end. /Periscopi/
