Another indictment of ownership claims has been filed at the Prizren-The Branch Foundation Court in Suhareka.

Mihrije Berisha has indicted nine people on the issue. She was Jashar Berisha's wife with whom she had crowned but had no children.

Yasar Berisha had been killed in March 1999.

The indictees in this case are Halit, Miftar and Ecerem Berisha from Suhareka and Shemsije Llapatinca-Binaku, Geevahire, Mehmet, Muhamet and Ismet Binaku, as well as Ferdez Kabashi from the village of Studencan of Suhareka.

The preparation hearing was held Monday at the Suhareka Court.

Proposals to review the evidence during the main review and hearing of specific witnesses were given.

The court on Monday approved Mihrije Berisha's lawyer's proposal that, in material evidence, the Communist Affairs Directorate Act on Suhareka No. 353-18 on May 19, 1981.

With this decision, Yasar Berisha has been granted space location for the construction of a controversial house.

The document, with which it is supposed to prove that Yasar Berisha took credit in the 200 thousand dinars in 1983, was also approved.

Another woman from Suhareka-Shyhrete Berisha, the survivor of the Berisha massacre of the town's family, won ownership over half the house and property in which she lived with her husband and children before their murder by a few days ago.

Mihrije Berisha and her late husband have no family ties with Shyhrete Berisha, but only the same surname.
