Lushtaku awaiting prison director for release

Sami Lushtaku's son, Mergim Lushtaku, said he is waiting in front of the Gerdovci Prison for his father's jail, following the Supreme Court's decision to free him from all counts of war crimes.

He said the news of Sami Lushtaku's release is welcome, though late, writes Periscope.

I'm waiting before Gerdovci Prison. Long-awaited and late news. But we're so glad he's been released from all charges. We are waiting until the prison director arrives and he returns to the” family, he said in Klan Kosova.

Exile Lushtaku said that his father will first go home, and then a reception will be made in the town of Scytheak.
