These comments were made by Jessen-Petersen during an exclusive interview with the newspaper “Voice”, adding that he is sorry and that he is very disappointed that even 10 years after independence still spoke of the same problems: Corruption, rule of law, unemployment, etc.
Soren Jessen-Petersen has been Kosovo's chief administrator at the time when Ramush Haradinaj was first elected prime minister of the country in a coalition with former President Ibrahim Rugova's party.
