Safet Blakaj, by NGO “Labyrinti”, in Puls of KTV, has shown that around 3,500 users of drugs in Kosovo have already been passed depending on these substances.
He has said that some 30,000 marijuana users and other drugs, such as ecstasy, are registered in Kosovo this year.
The Kosovo market's “price for the purchase of marijuana is very cheap, a gram maybe even 2 euros, as well as access is quite easy. Heroin was 10 euros in 2007, while now costs 25 euros”, he said.
