Iraqi Prime Minister announces the release and victory of Mosul

Iraqi Prime Minister Haider al-Abad has arrived in Mosul to welcome Iraqi forces for their victory in this city against the so-called Islamic state, reports the BBC, Periscopi broadcast.

A statement from his office reportedly has gone to this city to announce his release and declare victory.

Iraqi forces were at war in this city with I SIS since October of last year. /Periscopi/
