Ilir Meta gives first decree as president

Following the election and oath as president of Albania, Ilir Meta has begun with the first decorations.

Through a press release, the Presidency reports that Meta has given the rank “General Brigade” Colonel Bardhil Myrteza Kolcak with duty “General Director of the Intelligence and Defence Security Agency” at the Defence Ministry”.
