Within two days, Thaci is expected to call the Assembly Constituent session

The country's president, Hashim Thaci, is expected today or tomorrow to call the first Kosovo Assembly Constituent session, so it lets know the Telegraph sources within the Parliament.

According to these sources, holding this session is expected to be held next week, respectively.

This delay, according to Telegraph sources, has been made because most of the elected deputies have gone on summer vacation.

Meanwhile, according to the Kosovo Parliament's labour regulation, this first legislative session is held by Kadri Wessel as Parliament Speaker in the past legislature and the Parliament's Headship and the same legislature.

The chairman and Headship of the past Parliament then invite the leaders of parties who have entered the Assembly to negotiate the constitutional session agenda.

And until the structures of the Parliament, the chairman and deputy speaker of the Parliament, are resolved, the work of the Assembly session is led by the oldest deputy in the Kosovo Assembly, who will be assisted in the direction of the session by the new deputy in the legislature.

While, for the census of MPs, Article 9 of the Parliament's regulation stipulates the chairman of the constitutional assembly of the Parliament's legislature, which after the opening of the meeting and presentation of the agenda, requires political parties represented in the Parliament to appoint it from a representative to the provisional Commission for verifying quorum and mandates.

Likewise, the interim Commission examines the relevant election documentation, submits the report on the validity of the Parliament's deputies' mandates and verify the quorum at the constitutional collection of the Parliament's legislature.

At the same time, Article 10 is determined the oath of deputies, where, after verifying the mandates, the MPs solemnly swear.
