Businessman's horrors from Ruzhdzi Shaqiri's group

His story begins with requests to free the one million-euro investment facility to the confession that the group witnessed to his family that neither the police have what to do.

In his long testimony, Ternava relates how the late Ruzhdi Shaqiri, along with his group, had usurped his facilities worth 1 million and 30,000 euros.

Durva has confessed to the first moments of contact with the group.

“While I was working at the offices at our premises these accused (Arben Basota, Osman and Sylejman Bajrami) along with the Aguzi Shaqiri, all armed, have entered our facilities, demanding that as soon as the objects are released and more aggressively released in the terms as soon as possible, even though we had a contract with the legitimate owner of that land”, Trnava said.

According to the witness, the same alludon through the forged document that these are the usurpors of objects.

The Witness confessed that after this, the same (condemnors along with Ruzhdji Shaqiri) have continued with unbearable direct and indirect threats.

We found a mediator who recognized the group and made an appointment. They have flatly refused to say that either it should go out immediately or be paid 17,000 euros a month's rent. So have many threatening messages through intermediations, seeing that we've wanted to solve it peacefully and institutionally rather than in their own way”, Ternava continued.

After this meeting, the next meeting was held in a Pristina restaurant.

This meeting too was accompanied by pressure and threats, where the same had again insisted that the injured be removed from their objects.

These guys presented a document that I believe is now found to be forged and they didn't want to talk to us about our investments, but they had an exclusive request for us to release objects, or otherwise they said they were going to take our house”, tell Trnava.

Ternava testified that he was obliged to pay rent to the group, while some of his items had been rented while the group received the money.

This situation, according to the witness, had lasted until March 2014 until they were finally forced to leave their objects.

Ternava: I was held hostage

In his testimony, Ternava also mentioned the group's attempts to force his father to give up charges at the police by holding him hostage.

Their request was that the father go unclogged a conviction he had made at the police station, even though he hadn't done”, the witness confessed. He indicated that the group was not convinced of the withdrawal of the indictment.

In one case, they took Dad by force and went to the police station to the police station that they suspected the father has issued a statement that made sure the father has not issued a statement. In February 2014, they were again contacted by the same people for a future meeting.

At that meeting, the injured man said that the entire group was present, where they were also ordered to leave the site where they were holding the event.

He said the accused along with Ruzhhdi Shaqiri have been constantly armed by exposing their weapons and saying baseball has become mo's, it should only collect those senets what's there.

After those words, Ternava's father had insisted that the same investments be paid, but they were addressed with the words: “and our property without money, and if we pay you the investments, then just collect them and walk from there”.

After a while of this meeting, Cameron Ternava indicated that he had been invited to another meeting without his father.

Upon meeting, he said the defendants had told him the reason for his father's failure to marry him is that they will kill him when they meet him.

“You have left objects and no longer have deadlines and start today to carry that material”, it was the accused's words against him.

The meeting was accompanied by messages from accused Osman Bajrami, who had said: “Neither with a dyke you have the courage to examine the property”.

Those words had been conveyed to his father, with what occasion they had even begun to withdraw their merchandise from their objects.

The witness further said that the same have continued to receive the rent until the year they were arrested, but even after their family members have been arrested, they have demanded the rent.

And of the objects that have recently been turned into exploitation, Ternava said they are completely destroyed and the goods they had been forced to remove and place in the fields have been destroyed by half of them because of the conditions they had stayed.

Last session witnessed the father of Remember Ternava, Murati.

Arben Basota, Osman Bajrami and Sylejman Bajrami, are accused of organised crime, obligation and counterfeiting documents.

According to the indictment, the indictees from 2004 along with Ruzhdi Shaqiri, known as “Baxi” (killed in August 2014) have put continued pressure on the damaged Murat Ternava, Hysen Sahini and Ismet Osmani to clear the property on the surface of 10,12.53 hectares located in Fushe-Kosovo on the road to Pristina.

According to the indictment compiled by prosecutor Merita Bina-Rugova, the damaged side, in this case Murat Trnava, had taken the controversial property into use for 10 years by the KBI Social Company “Bujsis”.
