Praise Shatri, official at the Ministry of Infrastructure, said the auto law is intended to protect the new owner of the vehicle, so when his ownership is carried, he is charged with all responsibilities, including technical car control.
Shatri also spoke of fines in the case of a turnover, showing that they have proposed that these fines be higher, but the parliamentary commission has lowered them. He thought of such acts as criminal rather than anti-verbal.
And road communications expert Nol Deday declared that this law is literally translated by the Slovenian state.
He added that this law is the third that the Ministry of Infrastructure is doing in opposition to Kosovo's technical norms.
