After admitting guilt, the sole judge, Susan Qerkey, found the accused guilty of shooting a gun he had fired during a family party.
He was sentenced to two months in prison, while with the consent of the sentence, he could be replaced with fines in many of 500 euros.
Also, the weapon will be confiscated.
According to the indictment, Pajaziti has used weapons in violation of the applicable law regarding such weapons when on July 25, 2016, in his backyard in the village of Shala, a family party with a brother's marriage had fired a gun in gas.
By that, Pajaziti was charged with criminal use of weapons or dangerous means.
Before declaring the act, Pajazit's lawyer, Ekrem Agushi, stated that the shooting on the part of his defense was the result of his brother's joy.
“In a sign of family joy has used the weapon as described in the indictment, and after consultations with the same defender has pleaded guilty and regrets the use of weapons”, attorney Agoshi said.
