Russian official Kosovo Army sees Balkans destabilising

The situation in Kosovo is alarming, while politics in Pristina, aimed at creating the Armed Forces, threatens the destabisation of the Balkans, the director of the European Co-operation Department in the Russian Foreign Ministry, Andrey Kelin, said today in Vienna.

At an O Annual Security Conference The SEU, Kelin, said Moscow is committed to continuing the activities of the Organisation for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSBE) in Kosovo, and that the situation is alarming, Tanjug reports, it broadcasts Kosovo.
