Fatmir Jeleli, Selvije Halimi and Muharrem Nitaj are three coalition candidates P DK-AAK-Nisma who have complained to the Electoral Panel for Anxiety and Parashtre (PZAP) about the final outcome of the June 11th elections.
Secretary PZAP's Mul Descu said three complaints by the PAN coalition have been filed only during yesterday.
We got three complaints yesterday. Ankes are from the coalition side PAN”, Descu said.
One of the candidates who has complained about the results is AAK's Muharrem Nitaj.
He told KALLXO.com he filed a complaint during yesterday after noting the observer data and what has emerged as a final result.
Nitaj said the complaint has to do with 50 votes, for which he added he went to another candidate.
On the board of results released yesterday by the CEC, Muharrem Nitaj appears to have won 829 votes, which have not enough to take the deputy seat in the Parliament.
I made a complaint. By chance comparing the AAK observer's report and the form of candidates' results, I have noticed that in one classroom alone, about 50 of my votes have been registered to another candidate. That's what I've noted, I've filed a complaint about”, Nitaj said.
“CH is more strange, this mistake, which was later said to be technical, has been acknowledged by members of the commission for this polling, as well as what the” declaration had written, he added.
The Central Election Commission (KQZ) announced yesterday the final results of the June 11th early parliamentary elections.
Candidates for MPs and political subjects have a 24-hour right to file complaints.
The deadline for handing over complaints to PZAP by the candidates ends today around 14.
