Ramush Haradinaj, nominated for prime minister by coalition PAN, the safe expressions for forming the government immediately after the election certificate. He says MPs from parties outside the coalition have been secured, not only two, but more.
Haradinaj on the Committee's show has said the mandate, legally, should be given him for forming the government, and for that he has also secured the necessary number of deputies he needs.
PAN, along with minorities, has 59 deputies -- two short of the necessary number for government creation. But, Haradinaj says it is no obstacle to them, as they have secured more than two deputies -- from Albanian parties.
