According to CEC spokesman Valmir Elezi, The CEC will decide soon when to publish the final election results.
“The CEC has not yet decided whether the final results will be announced today or tomorrow because it depends on other procedures following the vote count at QNR”, he said.
Otherwise, there were about 25 thousand confirmed conditional votes, which were counted in the QNR.
