Tania Visarova, a dancer with a troubled life, was the favorite woman who stood by King Zog for three years. For those who somehow know its history and its memories, there is no doubt whether this love of Bird was a good fate or bad for him...
In a Tania story to French journalist Maria Craipeau, interesting details are learned, often bold, about her several-year-old co-existence with King Zog. “From the Caucasus to Foki Berzhher” is the title of the book that sheds light on the life and journey of this dancer, which apparently easily won the attention of the newly elected King of Albanians, but failed to get any other name, except for the “Moldavia of Zogut”.
For Tania, who first peaked in her professional life arrived when she was able to perform in the <x0-> calibre. Folly Berzhher” in Paris, Tirana looked like an Oriental city where cultural life was hot, certainly far from Paris. But it seems that Tirana oriental was more appealing to him than the tiring routine among the kabar's occupants, who admired it simply and solely for its physical appearance.
Beyond the first impact on Tirana, Tania expresses regret over the misery in Albania, which she thought was not fit for such a beautiful country and with an ancient and glorious story. Its confession goes even further when it implies in some way, that at least during the time of its stay in Albania, Zogu holds a kind of responsibility regarding the country's lack of well-being and development. This situation she testifies that she had observed during her travels to Albania during her three-year stay with King Zog.
Since it may be implied by Tania's stories, King Zog expressed his life in terms of his childhood, his family, his return to Albania after staying in the Sultan's palace, life in Austria, or even his involvement in politics. But right from such conversations, Tania admits that she may not have met Zogu at the most appropriate moment. The meeting had taken place together when King Zog was at the height of the adrenaline of power and lived in the influence of a euphoria. This denseness that had engulfed him, says Tania, led Zogu to avoid deliberately judging the present circumstances but also the past, especially those related to history, alluding to the point that he was the descendant of a dynasty that had dominated the throne for centuries.
In her memories, Tania says:
As I listened to him, I thought he'd zoom in and I realized that his crown was in his head.
Tania further recalls that she did not have the blessing of King Zeg's mother and six sisters and that through their stay, she had just arrived in Tirana, she knew that they would be her enemies. Meanwhile, they in turn viewed Tania as a threat that seized King Zog's attention and at the same time described him as the main obstacle and reason for which he had opposed certain cases of marriage, which were convenient for the kingdom.
In the meantime, Moldovan Tania discussed with Zogu on a possible marriage between the two had not been <x0.>ngrow”, but he had put it on a path of strong thought, and in the end Tania sufficed to name the king as the choice of his heart. Although on her 21st birthday she received as a gift from Zogu a ring with a diamond of seven and a half carats, similar in forms to an engagement ring, Tania again did not create any excessive illusions, except that the moment of pleasure given to the rich to any find that had never even thought of, summed up under the luxury term... In addition, she was reluctant to bring her relationship between them to another level.
Interestingly, there are also the details that Tania conveys about the overarching whims of Zogu's sisters, which managed to hit ministers with shoes or other high representative of the royal court. In the same line, Tania describes the ministerial relationship with King Zog, but noting some compromising facts about their activity, where in addition to panics against him they would steal the King without resurpassing.
Through concrete cases Tania also presents us with a jealous bird, which at one point had caused him to react nervously to King Zog's actions, naming him a man who, despite his claim to be European, was not behaving like that, much more so that there was no room for jealousy as long as it was for the nudity and full exposure of it was “Witness” a whole of Paris but further.
But the shadowy life near the royal court began to become difficult for Tania and her mother who had pursued it. To escape the attention and persecution of people who were not to see the King's favorite, she was forced to isolate herself, and the former excitement began to fade. She testifies that behind the door she and Zogu were watching armed men, perhaps as a result of his dislikes and an internal revolt. In these conditions, evacuation was a permanent need for Tania and her mother, despite Zogu's maneuvering to create conditions for them to follow, thinking until she tried to marry her mother to a minister.
But beyond his great desire to continue to have his “The famous Paris La Visirovan”, which for the sake of truth in the veins was transferred by royal blood resulting from the Serbian Queen Natalie, was in the course of losing the battle to keep close to her.
A next jealousy crisis was the last drop he poured out his glass, serving as a cause for Tania to separate himself from the bird. Thus, in just 1932, exhausted and with no further motivation to continue, Tania and her mother decide to end with no pain living together with King Zog, from which they remained the ornaments that in difficult times served to ensure survival.
