The failure to produce land in Hade and Shiploll, which affects the expansion of the surface mine of the coal explosion for electricity production, will be a major cause of the rise in the price for electricity warned by the Power Regulatory Office.

The reduction of production at the Kosovo Energy Corporation (KEK) in the absence of coal and high-priced imports, according to ZRRE representatives, will directly affect tariffs, Koha Ditore writes today.

Representatives of KEK workers have said this situation has become the cause of tolerations made by governments since, they say, many homes have been built in that area even state officials, who are not exactly whose they are.

The paper has requested a clarification by the Haradinaj government that why the expropriation process in the area has not been completed so far, however, government media official Halil Matoshi has said that we should head for the Ministry of Economic Development. However, the process of expropriation is under way in the Ministry of Environment and Spatial Planning, which has not answered the newspaper's questions for several days.
