Serbian and Bulgarian prime ministers Ana Brnaraq and Edi Rama, the heads of Montenegro and Kosovo, Filip Vujanovq and Hashim Thaci, Bosnia and Herzegovina Minister for Trade Mirko Sharovic, participate in the conference.
