After Kosovo's Parliament deputy from the Vacat coalition, Duda Balje has been referred today to Serb municipalities in the north as the “communa of the Republic of Serbia”, Vetevendosje Movement MP Saranda Bogujevci has reacted.
Bogujevci was present at today's meeting of the Commission for Human Rights, Gender Equality, for Undiscovered Persons and Petitions, in which Duda Balje is chairman.
At this meeting, while the ombudsman was reporting, Hilmi Jashari, moving to the next point of the agenda for reporting, four Serb majority municipalities in the north, Duda Balje, has been referred to as the municipality of Serbia.
“As the second point has been related to discussing the ombudsman's recommendations concerning the destiny of electricity spent in the four northern municipalities of the Republic of Serbia”, MEP Balje has said, among other things.
And this Baljes statement, Vetevendosje Movement MP Saranda Boguyevci, says she has heard and corrected him.
I heard and corrected. She made a mistake: ”, Bogujevci said of Online Insander Journal. “I didn't follow the microphone released, which means it wasn't heard from”.
Bogujevci is one of the survivors of the Bogujevci and Duri family massacre. By March 28th 1999, 14 members of these families were killed on the day Serbia celebrated the citizenship day.
Kosovo Parliament MPs did not respond to their colleague from the Vacat coalition, Duda Balje, when she referred to Zubin Potok, Northern Mitrovica, Leposaviqi and Zvecan as municipalities in Serbia. /
