Vulin warns this about the abolition of the Special Court

Serbian Defence Minister Aleksandar Vulin has stated that if Kosovo fails the Special Court, the Court, which has yet to start work and has yet to issue any charges, then Belgrade has nothing to ask for in dialogue with Pristina. There is no excuse for this, and now, if not [...]
And if we don't have a Serbian municipal association, and there's no reasoning about it, and now, if we're not allowed the formation of either the Court for War Crimes against Serbs, for members of the KLA, then there's nothing we can talk about what to talk about”, there's a Vul for Serbian media, broadcast Koha.net.
I repeat again: this is my position, not the [Serb] Government because it has not gathered on this issue. But I will present such an attitude: the interruption of talks if they are unable to implement even that small civilisation obligation”, he added.
The Serbian minister has also said that since the international community's arrival, “in Kosovo has been killed over 1,000 Serbs” and that for this, “almost have not responded, while now attempting to break the Court so the case never comes again to be tried for crimes against Serbs”.
If this happens, my attitude is to interrupt dialogue”, repeat the vulin.
According to him, neither the international community is willing to try crimes against Serbs.
