I expect a good vote, as the citizens of Istog know, and go on this day as best is the will of voters. This is very important for democracy, but also for our municipality. A little regrettably, I invite citizens to make the most of this vote. I know it's hard the third time. But I believe that citizens will give their verdict, give their will, so they should. I expect this from the citizens. . I will be happier if this process ends well, not repeat the second vote.
Rugova said he will accept the outcome of these elections if the process goes perfectly well.
“If the process goes perfectly okay, of course the result will be accepted without a dilemma”, he said.
While he says he knows that the citizens of this municipality are tired of voting, but that this process must be going to the end.
I know they're tired. They're definitely tired. But I believe they will. I'm sure they will. And I've often said, if they're forced three times in elections, then they're ready to go out four and five times and go to the end of the process. The process will be completed however”, Rugova said.
As asked about the transfer of voters from other parties, he said they could carry voters up to the centre, but without any implantation.
