Vetevendosje Chairman Wisar Ymeri has said he will not attend today's meeting of the General Council of Vetevendosje, which will now begin, though, as he writes, the meeting has no procedural and statuteal violations.

According to Ymer's writing, this is because the meeting is happening at an extraordinary and sensitive moment for the organ.

Ymer has once again said that MP Aida Drdguti's expression to Albin Kurti is unacceptable and punishable, saying she does not in any way accept the link she was made to her, writes Periscope.

Honored delegates to the General Council,

First I wish you a whole year's work and engagement. It wasn't an easy year for us. We have faced many external challenges. Two election processes with a few months in the middle, in which the V Movement It has reaped unprecedented results. I give you all the good news of this. The work of commitment of each of you has enabled this outcome. But during this year, we have also faced the extreme persecution of power against us. 4 of our activists, Frasher, Homeland, Egzon, and Adea, were unjustly and innocently sentenced through a combined police and judicial process of 21 and a half years. Frasher, the East and Egzon failed to enjoy our freedom result in the local elections, which they were so committed to. Our four deputies, Albini, Donika, Albula and Fatoni, are also being tried unjustly. From the same judge who condemned activists. Albin and Donika are being held in prison, and they can't be among you.

I regret to announce that he will not attend today's meeting of the General Council. This meeting, while procedurally and in terms of the statute, is taking place at an extremely sensitive moment for our organization.

It's been more than a year since we face some internal problems that have recently, unfortunately, become public and media. MP Aida Drguti's approach is both unacceptable and punishable. Aida, in addition to apologizing, has resigned from leadership positions in Movement V. EVIDENCE! I say hello. But in no way do I support or accept the public lynching of Aida or anyone from organized activist groups. I do not see these as good intentions or in behalf of the organization.

I have seen it in the interest of the organization and the right solution and with the least damage to the problem so that discussions about it take place in smaller groups and leadership so that activists and members will not be exposed to such pleasant or beneficial conversations. I thought the more this problem spread, the harder it will solve, the more damage the Movement V will suffer. And unity in it. So I see this meeting too urgent in this regard.

You've all followed closely on how things have turned out lately. Many of you are partially informed of who is more or less, about what happened and what continues to happen. Finally, clashes between activists have reached a new level of concern. Keeping the meeting in this tense situation, with delegates not well informed, or half informed, and often misinformed, I don't see how to solve the problem. I hope he doesn't deepen it.

There is no need for this haste to call the meeting this way. There is no rush to keep the meeting in this situation and with these divisions. Internal elections must be held. They cannot stop, even if they had intended for such a thing. Let alone that no one has ever had or had. The mandate of the current third-level governing facilities expires at the end of February. No more day can I stand as Speaker of Movement, not as the leader of the current composition. We have been able to hold this meeting of the Council in January of next year. At this time we would have the full composition of the Council. Part of our internal problems would be addressed. And we would all come to the Council with a clearer mirror about what happened, how it happened, and how we would move forward.

I said it earlier: This is not a week from now. It started over a year ago. During this time, I have seen something that I don't like, a method that greatly harms our organization - the method of political elimination. This approach is harmful because it is informal. It is unfair because it is based on slander and insulin. It is unnecessary because the Movement has its own organs both disciplinary and statuteic that have the potential and the will to protect each one of the activists from violating integrity and to protect the organization from those who want to harm it. This way of operation is extremely harmful and dangerous. As we don't need it. Because it destroys mutual trust among activists we've cultivated for a long time. Faith among us, along with loyalty to the concept, are the two main pillars of our movement. Without them it cannot be the same. This method destroys cohesion in the organization. Without this cohesion the Movement does not stand together. And when the movement is not united, it is not strong. And when it's not strong, we all lose. Not just us, but the whole Kosovo.

Of course, busy people also make mistakes. And mistakes should be highlighted and treated. But be treated as mistakes. At the moment the error is cast into doubt about motives, when there is no reason for such a thing, then the error takes on another meaning. And it is treated differently. And you don't have a choice. Just bring new problems. It just takes us away.

I've been involved in trying to solve it with all my political and intellectual and activist capacities. Unfortunately, I haven't arrived. Because there was no will for solutions. Or rather said there was no will to accept the proposals for solutions. I don't want to talk now about details of either the problem or the solution. Because one of the persons involved, Albin, a prisoner, cannot participate in these discussions. Since most of the discussion I've done with him, I don't want to speak publicly unless I can talk to him again.

So I also insisted that Albin not open up without being present among us. But that request of mine was ignored. I don't know who's rushing and why. But this rush, I'm afraid, can bring irreparable damage to our organization. Again, I wish I were wrong.

Anyway, I wish you a good job. I ask that you be aware of the situation we are in. There is no benefit in impulsive emotional response. At times, thinking that we are doing good, we can do unintentional damage. Like this. Basically you're called to meetings to protect and cultivate democracy within the organization. Of course, you cannot find a council delegate who would accept a movement that is not democratic. But we also need to be aware that democracy, the procedure has a means of applying for political truth and politics. It can't be the opposite. Democracy neither starts as procedure nor is reduced. The procedure comes after democracy, not vice versa. Democracy to be also true and to enable truth in politics must take place under appropriate conditions for it. There is no and no democracy in conditions of hysteria and artificial panic created during these days. Democracy is a daily job and it happens every day. It is not an act or a decision of the Council or any other decision - making arrangement.

We as an organization are facing a crossroads. I am convinced that we have the necessary potential and the strength needed to overcome this successfully. This problem, depending on how we solve it, can make us much stronger. But we have to settle it. And let's get it straight. Only then will his solution serve as a precedent for the future. If we don't solve the problem right then we'll be installed as the method of organising our function. That would hurt us a lot. Our organisation should be a democratic, open, inclusive organisation, conceivedly ideologically clear, with decentralisation of intellectual and political production, with fair guidance, open decision-making, and clear vision for the future. We must continue the path of development and growth of our organization. No one can prevent this despite goals and interests. But not every road leads us there. Movement V EVIDENCE! consists of activists and members who unite the concept of the programme, ideology, and political practice. We are all together loyal to the idea. Not human. An organization that has loyalty to man rather than to the idea is behind the door. The movement has never deviated from being such an organization. And so it must remain.

Yours,

Visar Ymer
