Questioning V Movement activists Justice Becir Kaluldra continued yesterday with a political hearing against V Movement deputies. DEPENSE, Albin Kurti, Donika Caday-Bujupi, Faton Topalli and Albulen Hadziu, which lasted more than eight hours.
During this session, where witnesses of the prosecution were questioned, Judge Kaluldra was openly sided with and gave witnesses Sugitist advice, whenever they were questioned by our deputies at this session. Even when witnesses had the will to respond, this judge stood by their words, unequivocally intervened in the questions of MPs, by which means it was impossible for them to offer evidence through these witnesses that once again the political purpose for our actions in defense of the Republic and the territory would be confirmed. He wanted our deputies to ask questions that like witnesses and him. This is the essential violation of the parties in the procedure in concrete case our deputies.
This judge went so far that MP Donika Cadaj-Bujupi took her out of the hearing, only that she asked MP Nuredin Ibishi about the actual actions from his past that were important to prove the character and integrity of the witness.
Movement V SEVENTION! On November 22nd, it has requested the expulsion of the court, led by Becir Kaluldra, but still without a decision the head of the Constitutional Court, on this exception, quoted above, on November 23rd has made an illegal decision for the arrest of 3 deputies, Albin Kurti, Donika Cadaj-Buyup and Albulane Hadziu and the appointment of detention to them.
According to the Code of Criminal Procedure, Article 43, the judge defines any action, if there is a request for his expulsion. Consequently, issuing arrest warrants a day after applying for exemption is a violation of KPRK, so with this illegal decision Bekir Kaluldra has committed a criminal offence, so Movement V. ENVIDENCE! is posing criminal speculation at Pristina's Founding Prosecutor's Office as well as at the Disciplinary Prosecutor's Office.
We ask the court to release MPs and activists who are unjustly being held in prison!
