According to him, it is time for EULEX to complete its mandate and all competencies to hand over to the locals.

He believes local judges will do their job better than EULEX's.

According to him, EULEX has shown a particularly deadlock in war crimes cases.

Peci also spoke of the recent scandal in EULEX, where the former judge of this mission, Malcolm Simmons, has accused this mission of corruption.
