According to him, it should initially be called an extraordinary session, in the hall to be no less than 61 MPs.

His full Facebook text:
Call in extraordinary sessions through at least 40 deputy signatures;
2. Make sure that you have at least 61 deputies in the room to reach the convention for holding the session;
3. Make sure that 2/3 of the present deputies vote for evasion from setting up the Parliament, so that everything goes with accelerated procedures;
4. They hold at least most of the present deputies and vote for abolition of the law.
Even if you've completed all these steps, the Special Court has not been fully distributed, since the basis of its existence is defined in the Constitution. To do that, you have to change the Constitution, which requires the votes of 2/3 of all Parliamentary deputies, including 2/3 of the deputies holding guaranteed seats.
What you've managed to do with abolishing the law is to manage the function of the court.
If you fail from the beginning, tell me that the MPs didn't know what they were signing.
