Serbia's biggest security risk is Kosovo's unilateral declaration of independence, Serbian Army Chief General Staff Lubisa Dikovic has said, and, as he pointed out, the unresolved “@x1> of the southern province's” broadcasts Koha.net.
He, in an interview, has warned the Belgrade newspaper “of novosti” of the formation of the special unit for crisis situations.
