Former Albanian Interior Minister Saimir Tahiri has returned passports. The Appeals Court has abolished today the move on Tahiri, which prevented him from leaving the country. Apel ordered the passport back. Following the release of the “Habilaj scandal, the prosecution has doubts that the former minister has collaborated with them.
