Russia's first reaction comes after Trump's decision on Jerusalem

A ministry statement says that a just and lasting solution to the old Palestinian-Israel conflict, which ensures the resolution of all aspects of the final status of Palestinian territories -- including a sensitive issue in Jerusalem through Palestinian-Israeli direct talks -- should be reached on the basis of international law, and relevant resolutions of the UN Security Council and the United Nations Assembly.
