On the other hand, the New York Times writes that the Pentagon has accused Russian planes of flying very close to them in airspace over Syria.
But, Russia's Defence Ministry spokesman Igor Konasenkov, has reportedly dismissed claims that American F-22 planes have fired false bullets and have repeatedly carried out maneuvers to simulate war in the air.
The American “Pala for this and many other incidents in the area over Syria have not responded to Russian commands from the Hmey base in Syria”, Konasenkov said. According to him, most of the close Russian-American Air Force meetings in the Euphrates region are caused by Americans, who, as Konasenkov put it, “are preventing the destruction of ISIS terrorists”.
Contrary to the Russian Air Force of Defence, the US-led international coalition is acting non-legally in Syria”, Konasenkov said.
