The Istog municipality is set to go to revote on December 17th this year, following complaints of incorrigity during the last elections, where the winner came up with AAK's Gani Dreshey.

In accordance with authorizations given under the Law for General Elections, based on the Election Panel's Decision on Anxiety and Parashta, No. Mr. A.N. 1114/2017, as well as the AA Supreme Court ruling. No. 55/2017, the Central Election Commission at the meeting, held on the date 02.12.2017, has made the decision to approve the Procedure for Verification and Confirmation of Voters outside Kosovo for the repeat round of the Second Mayor in Istog, which will be held on the 1712.2017.
Successfully registered voters for voting via mail for the municipality of Istog, which have applied for registration from July 16th to August 23rd 2017, must send additional official evidence to the settlement address outside Kosovo and the contact number. After that, these voters will be contacted for verification, in order to prove whether they are voters who have applied successfully and personally from outside Kosovo.
Voters outside Kosovo, who are successfully registered for the municipality of Istog, who will not bring additional official testimony to the address and phone contact number during the 02.12.2017 to 06.12.2017, will return as voters on the voters' list within Kosovo, to polling stations according to their addresses at the Central Civil Register.
The period of voter verification and confirmation outside Kosovo has started on December 2nd and will end on December 6th 2017.
Confirmation or official testimony on your address, which confirms that you live outside Kosovo, in the relevant states and phone contact number, you can send it to recorded electronic addresses, emails: [email protected], [email protected], and [email protected].
Also, the official testimony to the address you live in outside of Kosovo and contact number can also take us through mail, to the address of the CEC (The Central Election Commission, the Post voting, K.P. 6 Box 351, 10,000 Pristina, Republic of Kosovo) and via fax, in the number: +381 (038) 213 20
