The judgment on subject “Ryshfet” in which Macedonian Prime Minister Zoran Zaev is charged again for January 29th next year, on the grounds that the subject has not arrived from the Court of Appeals, which has not yet ruled for complaint n Pl-mass in this case.
“We requested the dismissal of the tribunal and hope that the decision will soon be made so that the trial process will continue”, Zaev said today before the Criminal Court.
In the question of what he expects from the Court of Appeals, Zaev replied that he expects the complaint to be accepted, but no matter what the Court decides, he will respect the verdict.
“The anxiety is essential for the procedure itself and is dedicated to whether the PI-masses publicly published next session will be evidence or not. I want that recording to be public approach so that everyone can see it entirely, without the parts where it's cut because not only I'm convinced of taking justice and confirming my innocence because I exercise high political function”, Zaev said.
