Kosovo's Cadastral Agency has reacted to the new Commission's report on Demarketation, which is headed by the Bulliqi Speed.

According to them, the official cadastral documentation and the territory of Kosovo is unchanged from 1974 until now.

Therefore, Kosovo's Cadastral Agency says it will react to all trends for distorting cadastral ostatement that may be involved in the current Commission report.

Kosovo's Cadastral Agency through electronic and written media has been informed that the new border commission has biasedly addressed the accuracy of cadastral documentation on the territory of the Republic of Kosovo. So we want widespread opinion to be informed correctly and in the matter.

Technical and legal cadastral data on Kosovo's territory is under way and in operation from 1931 to today. This cadastral data on real estate is registered to all private property owners, owners of social companies, owners of public property and owners of state property.

Kosovo territory is made up of 38 The communities within which are 1305 cadastral areas. While the total number of parcels on Kosovo's territory is 2,113.187, the total number of buildings and parts of buildings is 71.265 registered in the name of 521,025 owners. You can find this data every day on the official site of the Kosovo Cadastral Agency.

The entire territory of Kosovo is presented by geodesic measurements on cadastral maps to scale 1:500, 1:1,000,12500. The number of sheets of cadastral map compiled with decimetric accuracy, according to the proportion for Kosovo's territory, is:

The territory of Kosovo, introduced in state geoportal, is the continuation of cadastral data by the Kosovo District Directorate for Geodezi and the KSA. Along Kosovo's state border with neighbouring states are 514 cadastral maps with a scale of 1:2,500, on which the administrative line of the KSA of Kosovo is also presented, now the border of the Republic of Kosovo.

On page 53 of the new Commission's Border Report, chapter 4.5 writes: “Cadastre, being one, did not include state property, unless they are surrounded by property owned or private property rights”.

With all laws on cadastrian from the founding to the present day, all real estate (parcells) are treated equally, regardless of whether it is mountain, meadow, field, road, river.

Page 53 of the new Commission's Border Report in chapter 4.5 writes “after that the District Geodese Directorate, its Archives, and most of the cadastral municipal directors have been robbed, carried and still found in Serbia, while those remaining documents in the Kosovo Cadastre Archive are in poor condition”

The municipalities, which border Montenegro, Yunik, Decani, Peja, Istog, possess full original cadastral documentation from the founding to the present. No documents were stolen from these municipalities. For all parcels there are original measurements from the 1930s to the present. It is noteworthy that the cadastral data for these municipalities has been scanned and that they are archived in the cadastre of the overcrowded municipalities.

Therefore, Kosovo's Cadastral Agency makes this reaction not to allow room for the attempting of over-species for cadastral documentation of Kosovo territory.
