Kosovo Prime Minister Ramush Haradinaj welcomed Pristina chairman Shpend Ahmeti, with whom he discussed co-operation between the Government and the Community at the meeting.
Among the topics of special importance that were discussed at the meeting, according to the prime minister's announcement, were the legal status of the Youth Palace, the Pristina Ring, as well as the co-generation of Thermoko.
For the Youth Palace, Haradinaj has agreed with the Pristina chairman that the sooner it must pass into the Pristina municipality's ownership as Public Community Company. In this case, the Government and the Community will engage in finding funds for the complete renovation of this facility. This palace, in addition to being used by athletes, will serve the integration of other communities.
It has also been discussed in the first review of the budget for 2018 to include the Pristina Ring project when it is intended to start building it.
Haradinaj has also said he will work on increasing heating capacities in Pristina, through the co-generation of Thermokos.
The government's first and Pristina's have agreed to deepen the community-government co-operation so that necessary investments can be made in the capital.
