In an announcement issued Friday, P ZAP said the agreed irregularities present elements of the criminal act.
The introduction of this case to the State Prosecutor's Office is made according to official duty due to irregularities outlined by PZAP and that this subject may have elements of the criminal act, actions committed by suspicious persons who have voted in office from different countries outside Kosovo for the second round, held on the 1911.207, for the municipality's chairman at Istog<1>, the PZAP municipality reported.
The repeat vote for the second round for Istog chairman will be held on December 19th.
In the race for first Istog are Haki Rugova of LDK and Gani Dreshey of AAK
