The Alliance for the Future of Kosovo had addressed 14 complaints about the revote in Istog, but these have not been taken into account and have been dropped by the Electoral Panel for Ances and Parashtres.
So becomes known in PZAP decision published today, with the case, there are some reasons for the AAK's claims.
How does the political subject refuse complaint? Pristina-based AAK, the branch in Istog, presented against the Pristina-based LDK political subject, the branch in Istog, due to lack of votes for revote, the PZAP report said.
Meanwhile, PZAP suggests that the requirements for recounting and revoteing at certain locations are unreasonable and as such rejected.
Otherwise, the revote of December 17th in Istog was unusual after the CEC declared the same day AAK won, but the next day it acknowledged that it was wrong and that the winner declared the LDK, raising suspicions of abuse.
