In a telegram message, Putin stressed that there must be a constructive dialogue between the two nations for a global stability.
The Kremlin has announced on Saturday that Putin wants to develop a <x0mmatic co-operation in long-term “based on “equity and mutual respect”.
Putin has written “A development of constructive dialogue between Russia and the United States is more than necessary to strengthen a stable strategy in the world and find optimistic answers to changing global threats. ”
Inter-state relations between Moscow and Washington have returned to the cold war era after Russia annexed the Crime in 2014 and accused of interference in presidential elections in early 2017, reports The Independent<181>, broadcast Periscopi.
Russian President Bashar also addressed Syria's al-Assad in a seasonal message, promising that he would continue to provide any assistance to Syria in protecting the sovereignty, unity and territorial integrity of the state”.
