Pralak didn't commit suicide, he's safe and sound.

The suicide of Croatian General Slobodan Pralak in The Hague's Tribunal courtroom, swallowing a still unknown deadly liquid, is an act that will be remembered and brought into history. But there are others who don't believe that the condemned war criminal really killed himself. [...]
Pralak, one of the six convicted Croats to whom Tribunali confirmed the 20-year prison sentence for war crimes during the Serbian-Croat war in Croatia in the early years of the '90s on November 29th, following the pronunciation of the final sentence, drank poison in the courtroom. He stood up at the moment of the verdict's proclamation, loudly dismissed the charge and the act and shouted: “Slobodan Pralak is not a war criminal”.
In this process, the prosecution confirmed the first degree sentences for Croatian superiors by declaring 25 years to the first indictee, former prime minister of “Croatian Community government of Herceg-Bosnjes”, Jadrankko Prliq, from 20 years to Defence Minister Bruno Stojic and the two chiefs of Croatian Army staff Slobodan Pralak and Milivoj Petkovic, 16 years old military police chief Valentin Qoriq, and 10-year-old unit's chief to arrest Berislav Pushq.
They were convicted of a series of acts, including crimes against humanity, violations of the laws and customs of war, and serious violations of the Geneva Convention, namely, murder, deliberate murder, rape, robbery, prosecution on political, racial and religious grounds, Gentile conduct, and so on.
As usual in such cases, there were numerous comments by the followers of conspiracy theories who claim that Pralak is still alive. Paraleagues are involved in Hitler's suicide, which has decades been described as inconsistent and that he has actually fled to Latin America.
According to these theories, Pralak will change his physical appearance and go to live quietly in another country, while all of these are in agreement with The Hague's Tribunal, writes the Serbian medium Telegraf.rs.
Here are some of the theories of the plot that can be found online:
Pralak simulated, supposedly poisoned, was sent to a hospital where he supposedly died, whereas in fact he was allowed to leave The Hague, somewhere else to live;
There it is. Where are the records of what happened next? ;
Now it's somewhere in the Republic of South Africa called Mister XXX;
He has made arrangements with The Hague that a third of his sentence may suffer in America or Paraguay;
All this is a farce man is alive. He's had English tea, and now he's lying in the hospital waiting to be taken away and given new identities to live free like many other Ustas in South America;
If he has already suffered 13.5 years in prison, with good conduct something will be forgiven, so why be killed. If he has a sense of guilt, then why would he have to wait for the trial...? ;
There are substances that cause temporary clinical deaths, the trial has continued, and the continuation of possible scenario has developed with closed doors...
