Two parties warn government exit

The parliamentary majority could be derailed if the Alliance for Albanians, which has two deputies, leaves the Government of Macedonia, even though by the Social Democrat League (LSDM), say that in the event of the party's departure, headed by Ziadin Sela, it will provide new support, alluding to the two votes of the Albanian Democratic Party.

The parliamentary majority consisting of the Social Democrat League, the Democratic Union for Integration and the Alliance for Albanians currently has 62 deputies, down from 61, there must be a majority in the 120-member Assembly.

The clashes between coalition parties, the Alliance for Albanians on the one hand and the DUI's LSDM on the other have now started a time in terms of Sela's party's accusations against Prime Minister Zoran Zaev for DUI administration from possible abuses at the time of its rule with VMRO, but other issues as well. That has also affected the Alliance's coalition in local elections with the opposition Besa Movement, but also the LSDM's with DUI, while the clashes have continued with the post of health minister headed by the party of Sela, but is now targeted by the LSDM, as Alliance Minister Arben Taravari has been elected chairman of the Gostivar municipality.

The Alliance for Albanians has been offered a post of deputy prime minister for reform, but this has been rejected, saying the Alliance “refuses to be part of the government, humiliated and offended”.

Commenting on such clashes, connoisseurs of political issues say the crisis should be overcome as soon as possible due to the stalled reforms, but they also stress the need for the Alliance to remain part of the government.

Regardless of what the solution will be, reforms must continue in all spheres, including health, as citizens -- whether Macedonia or Albanian -- had given confidence to parties to implement reforms and develop the country. The second, if the prime minister removes the Alliance for Albanians from the Government, then it will be put into a recycling process and eventually puts the Albanian Democratic Party, which has no influence over Albanians, then it goes into an even deeper process of VMRO-issuance of government with or without will, says Siani, adding that if such a scenario occurs then the Social Democrat League. which leads the Government will, according to him, betray the interests of Albanians who, by their vote, helped bring down Nikola Gruevski's government and the country's return to the course of reforms with the formation of the new government by the LSDM.

He even says that it would be good for the processes in the country to include the other Albanian party, the Besa Movement, with which, according to Sinan, would weaken the elements of the former VMRO government in the current government, and that this would give rise to the reform process.

I appreciate that it guarantees Zaev to keep the course and supply of Albanians. Part of Albanians voted wisely for LSDM by not believing DUI and their nationals in the past. If Zaev moves from this or this mentality of Albanians, he can face Albanian spring, which will be like the river and which he will not control”, Sinan says.

The new government was formed in June and its top priority in these months has been reforming the judicial system, resolving interethnic problems, as the adoption of the Law on Languages, first and foremost the country's return to the course of Euro-Atlantic integration.
