Foreign Affairs Commission Chairman Vjosa Osmani has said MPs cannot take over a bill, reports that have cast doubts that should end up in the prosecutor. Speaking of the draft for demarcation, it has recommended that the Commission hold another meeting next week and one of the Government's toua makes clear how to act further, as she said, the Commissions with their reports have raised topics that currently cannot be raised for voting in the Assembly, without having answers to the questions MPs have, writes Periscope.
If it's a criminal offense, explain it to the prosecutor and then come to the Assembly. We all have the necessary answers before we give you our vote, just as you need additional clarifications, so I'm interested in explaining if there was a counterfeit map. For anyone who is a lawyer, we know that when there are claims of counterfeiting these cases, they should be cleared up at Prosecutor”, Osmani said.
We can't determine exactly and take either side or the other one, and take it as done. The last state Commission report says there are three criminal acts -- counterfeiting maps, territorial integrity, thirst. For forged documents they usually answered the investigative organs, Osmani said, writes Periscopi.
When the deal has come to us, so has the previous commission report, and we have two reports that tell us; either there's counterfeiting or there's no counterfeit. We must agree that someone from the Kosovo government will give us these final answers”, Osmani said. /Periscopi/
