The chief of political affairs of the United Nations, Jeffrey Feltman, begins today a rare four - day visit to Phenjan.
The trip is the first of a senior UN official in North Korea in six years.

The visit comes a few days after North Korea has tested an interc mount ballistic missile, which, according to her, could hit anywhere in the United States.
Feltman, former American diplomats, will remain in Phenyan by Friday.
His visit also comes at a time when South Korea and the US are conducting major military exercises between the two countries.
